- 2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 cup of coconut meat (substitute 1 banana for coconut meat)
- 3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbs of Hemp Seeds
- 2 dates
- 1 tsp Maca
- 1 Tbsp Mesquite Powder
- 2 Tbsp Manuka Honey (optional)
